Sarah Haffly, MBA, SHRM-CP — Founder & Principal
I’ve spent my career in HR, Total Rewards, and compensation — starting with hands-on HR consulting for small and growing businesses, and eventually leading compensation strategy for a large, multi-site organization across the U.S. and Canada.
Along the way, I kept coming back to the same realization: the businesses that need good HR and compensation guidance the most are often the ones least equipped to get it. They’re too big for guesswork, but not big enough — or ready — for a full internal team.
That’s the gap Juniper is built to fill. I started this firm to bring senior-level expertise directly to small and growing businesses, in a way that’s practical, right-sized, and built around how they actually work.
